Provided are a fluid distribution apparatus and a multi-tube type trickle-bed catalytic reactor including the same wherein the fluid distribution apparatus is capable of precisely distributing and inputting a fluid material to a central portion of the uppermost end of a filling layer. The fluid distribution apparatus comprises: a plurality of chimneys installed in an opening portion of a tray and passing the fluid material from top to bottom; and a flow control unit provided in an inner wall of each of the plurality of chimneys and triggering a rotation of the fluid material and giving a downward straightness to the fluid material around a rotation shaft.
