<p>The present invention relates to a display substrate, comprising: a base substrate; an active layer disposed on the base substrate; a gate insulating layer disposed on the active layer; a gate electrode disposed on the gate insulating layer; an insulating structure disposed on the gate electrode; a mask pattern comprising a first metal layer pattern, a second metal layer pattern, a third metal layer pattern, and a fourth metal layer patter each disposed on the insulating structure to be spaced apart from each other; a wiring disposed on the insulating structure and arranged spacing apart from the mask pattern; a passivation layer disposed on the insulating structure and covering the mask pattern and the wiring; a source electrode disposed on the passivation layer and coming into contact with a source region of the active layer by passing through the passivation layer, the insulating structure and the gate insulating layer; and a drain electrode disposed on the passivation layer and coming into contact with a drain region of the active layer by passing through the passivation layer, the insulating structure, and the gate insulating layer.</p> |
