A touch lifting foldable clothes drying rack, the clothes drying rack being composed of a left frame (1), a right frame (2), a clothes drying rod (10), a left middle bracket (3), a right middle bracket (4), a left underframe (5), a right underframe (6), a left connecting rod (8), a connecting rod (7) and a right connecting rod (9). Hinge connections are provided between the left middle bracket (3) and the left frame (1), between the right middle frame (4) and the right frame (2), between the left underframe (5) and the left frame (1), between the right underframe (6) and the right frame (2), between the connecting rod (7) and each of the left and right brackets (3,4) and the left and right underframes (5,6), between the left connecting rod (8) and the left middle bracket (3), between the right connecting rod (9) and the right middle bracket (4), and between the left connecting rod (8) and the right connecting rod (9). A sliding groove (71) is provided on the connecting rod (7), and the hinge between the left connecting rod (8) and the right connecting rod (9) is on the sliding groove (71). The clothes drying rod (10) is disposed on a retaining ring (11) of the left frame (1) and a retaining ring (21) of the right frame (2).
