In the present invention, provided are an optical adjusting film for a touch sensor, including a transparent film; a first refractive index adjusting film having a high refractive primer layer, a high refractive hard coating layer and a low refractive coating layer which are formed on one surface of the substrate film in a sequence; and a second refractive index adjusting film having a middle refractive primer layer and a low refractive hard coating layer which are formed on the other surface of the substrate in a sequence, and a touch sensor film using the same.
