FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: atomiser contains a hollow cylindrical casing with vortex flow divider, in top part of the casing external thread is made for connection to union of the distribution pipeline for liquid supply. In bottom part of the casing external thread is made for connection with cone divider of the vortex flow by means of retainer. The retainer is made in form of ring, to which the external and internal perforated surfaces are secured. Casing has internal cylindrical chamber with installed in it swirler. The swirler is made in form of bushing with external screw trapezoidal thread with large pitch, and it is secured by means of the internal thread on stock. Between the external and internal perforated cone surfaces of the vortex flow divider there are elements increasing resistance against output liquid flow with simultaneous its split.EFFECT: higher efficiency of fine liquid spraying.2 cl, 1 dwg |
