FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and aims at using in neonatology for intensive therapy of newborns, probably premature newborns. An incubator comprises a chamber formed by a lower portion and an upper case covering a bed of the lower portion, and a unit applicable for air processing and circulation in the chamber and comprising a ventilator. The air processing and circulation device is connected to inlet openings of the chamber arranged along one or more sides of the bed and enabling the purified air flow from the air processing and circulation device into the chamber. The air processing and circulation device is additionally connected to at least one inlet opening of the chamber enabling the air flow out of the chamber of the air processing and circulation device. The above bed has a head end and a leg end, two long sides extending between the head end and the leg end, and a cross side on the head end, and a cross side on the leg end, and also a central portion formed by crossing the long and cross central lines, wherein each of the long sides comprises one or more inlet openings of the chamber. The inlet openings of the chamber on the long sides are symmetrical in relation to the long central line and cross central line. The air processing and circulation device comprises an inlet air passage between an outlet opening of the chamber and ventilator, whereas an acoustic dissipation element is arranged in the inlet air passage.EFFECT: invention enables reducing noise generated by the ventilator.24 cl, 4 dwg |
