FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to orthopaedics and traumatology. A kit of a cotyloid cup and a case comprises the case and cotyloid cup with the case configured to incorporate the cotyloid cup; the above case and cotyloid cup are configured to pass together through a surgical incision to an implantation point; the case additionally comprises units facilitating the coyloid cup passage through the case as the cotyloid cup approaches the implantation point directly; the case is configured to integrate the cotyloid cup on the side opposite that one comprising the passage units; the case is configured to be removed from the cup when the cup approaches the implantation point directly. A method for implanting the cotyloid cup involves the following stages: making the case for the cotyloid cup comprising the passage units facilitating the cotyloid cup passage through the case on one of its sides; placing the cotyloid cup inside the case on the side opposite that one comprising the passage units; delivering the case and cup through the surgical incision so that the case is arranged in front of the cup directly; removing the case from the cup when the cup approaches the implantation point directly.EFFECT: group of inventions enables preventing soft tissue contact, fatty deposits from the cotyloid cup coating when it is introduced through the incision before being attached directly.6 cl, 12 dwg |
