PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a humidifier in which increase in component cost, manufacturing cost, failure frequency and the like is suppressed and in which deterioration in economical efficiency, maintainability and the like is suppressed, and a control method of the humidifier.SOLUTION: A humidifier 10 includes: cation exchange resin 12a for exchanging water passing through a flow passage with cations; and a humidifying part 11 for evaporating moisture in the water in which cations are exchanged, and supplying it to air. The cation exchange resin 12a is regenerated by the water in which the cations are concentrated, the water generated by the moisture evaporating in the humidifying part 11. |
