PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product sales data processing system that dissolves a waiting row of a customer in front of a cash register, can settle any product of a unit price sales product and a metric sales product with an accounting device, and can collect and grasp quantity data or mass data based on a sales mode of the product.SOLUTION: A product sales data processing system includes: a portable terminal that includes read means for reading product identification information; a measuring device; and an accounting device and the like. The measuring device is configured to include measuring means for measuring mass of the product, and the portable terminal, management device or the like is configured to include, when the product identification information is read,: determination means for determining a sales mode of the product on the basis of sales mode information indicative of whether the product is a product for sale through measurement of the mass thereof; and code information generation means for, when the sales mode information indicates the product for sale through measurement of the mass, acquiring the mass of the product, and generating code information on the basis of product identification information, information identifying a customer, and the mass. The portable terminal is configured to include output means for outputting the code information to a recording media, the accounting device or management device, and the accounting device is configured to include take-in means for taking in the code information, and accounting means for making a payment settlement of the product on the basis of the code information. |
