A colour film substrate, comprising a base substrate (510), a colour filter (520) formed on the base substrate (510), and a colour conversion layer (100), a first refractive index film layer (200), a second refractive index film layer (300) and a third refractive index film layer (400) sequentially formed on one side of the colour filter (520), the side being away from the base substrate (510). The refractive index of the second refractive index film layer (300) is greater than that of the third refractive index film layer (400) and that of the first refractive index film layer (200) when the first refractive index film layer (200) is unpowered. The refractive index of the second refractive index film layer (300) is less than that of the first refractive index film layer (200) when the first refractive index film layer (200) is powered. The colour filter (520) is configured to absorb a portion of light within external light, said portion of light engaging in a photoluminescence reaction with the colour conversion layer (100). The colour filter (520) absorbs the portion of light within external light, said portion of light engaging in a photoluminescence reaction with the colour conversion layer (100), thereby preventing whitening caused by a photoluminescence reaction, and making the display colours more vivid. |
