<p>According to the present invention, provided is a medical patch having a potential generating structure, which is attached to a wound in order to regenerate skin tissue of the wound. The medical patch includes: a first layer; a second layer; and a unit patch in a piezoelectric potential generating structure, including a plurality of piezoelectric material nanorods arranged between the first layer and the second layer. The medical patch regenerates damaged skin tissue without an additional medicine by converting mechanical energy resulted from movement of skin muscle to which the medical patch is attached through the unit patch having the piezoelectric potential generating structure without an additional potential generating system.</p>
