<p>The present invention relates to a laminating structure including a metal nanowire and a manufacturing method thereof. In the structure, a self-assembly film is formed between a substrate and a metal nanowire layer. The self-assembly film raises combination force between the substrate and the metal nanowire layer, and therefore, its physical and electrical properties are improved. Excellent resistance against external stress provides a stable property and improved surface roughness makes a proper surface for the next process (printing). The laminating structure is able to be manufactured through a process of forming the self-assembly film on the substrate first and forming the metal nanowire layer by using special affinity between the film and the metal nanowire.</p>
