The present invention relates to a real-time monitoring system of a refrigerated container using a vent and an air sampling port. The real-time monitoring system of a refrigerated container using a vent and an air sampling port monitors and manages a refrigerated container in real time wherein a sensor module is mounted by using a vent and an air sampling port. The real-time monitoring system of a refrigerated container using a vent and an air sampling port comprises: a sensor module including temperature and humidity sensors capable of sensing the temperature and humidity inside the refrigerated container by being mounted in the refrigerated container; a receptacle sensor management device to supply a power source to the sensor module by being connected with the sensor module and receive and store temperature data and humidity data inside the refrigerated container sensed by the sensor module and transmit the stored temperature data and humidity data to a manager; and a container management center in which the manager confirms the temperature data and humidity data transmitted from the receptacle sensor management device and monitors the temperature and humidity inside the refrigerated container in real time. The sensor module is mounted on at least one of the vent and air sampling ports.
