The present invention relates to a multicasting method using a relay node in an ad hoc network. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a data packet from a source node; determining if a user himself/herself corresponds to a selection relay node by referring to a selection relay node set for storing information about whether a node receiving the data packet corresponds to a selection relay node for relaying the data packet selected from the source node; and transmitting the data packet to a destination node or removing the same, based on the determining step.
