Provided are a full-automatic microbial detection and enrichment system and an enrichment method. The system and the method transport a to-be-checked sample on a preset operation position, a culture medium that comprises culture, a filter bacteria collection specific filter with a pipeline and a filter sealing head sequentially into a sterilization tank, a medium package removal tank, an inner package removal tank, an enrichment operation tank, a buffer tank and a positive bacteria filling tank through an industrial personal computer-controlled transport apparatus so as to perform corresponding operations and perform full-automatic enrichment on microbial in the to-be-checked sample. An enrichment process comprises sterile and automatic operations in a whole process, is accurate in detection, can work continuously and can avoid a false positive or a false negative result caused by an effect of a human factor. |
