The present invention provides modified natural killer cells, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the modified natural killer cells and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient, and uses of the modified natural killer cells. Also disclosed herein are methods for identifying depleted natural killer cells and culturing the modified natural killer cells.
