PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap in which a whitening phenomenon in a strap band resulting from the opening/closing of an upper lid is effectively prevented.SOLUTION: In a hinge cap, in a state that an upper lid 3 is opened and inverted, a joining line 53 between a lower face of a strap band 25 and an upper face of the upper lid 3 become a horizontal line which is vertical to an axial line L of the cap, a joining portion forming the joining line 53 has a constant thickness over a width direction, a joining line 51 between the lower face of the strap band 25 and an external face of a cylindrical sidewall 7 becomes an inclined line which gradually rises toward a hinge band 23 side, a curvature surface is formed at the joining part of the joining line 51, a curvature radius of the curvature surface gradually becomes small toward the hinge band 23 side, and a thickness at the joining part gradually becomes thin toward an end of the hinge band 23 side from an end apart from the hinge band 23 side. |
