<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an appropriate analysis target to an analysis device.SOLUTION: A packet monitor system comprises an acquisition device, analysis device, and determination device. The acquisition device acquires, from a line used for communication between communication devices, a packet transmitted/received by using the line. The analysis device notifies the determination device of a combination of a transmission source address and destination address of the packet acquired from the acquisition device. The determination device holds information associating a target section which is a communication quality monitoring target with a protocol of an analysis target and determines an analysis target in the analysis device; where the determination device creates a selection criterion for a selection packet so that a protocol associated with a target section agreeing with a section identified by the combination is selected as an analysis target in the analysis device, and notifies the analysis device of the selection criterion. The analysis device analyzes a selection packet selected, by using the selection criterion, from the packet acquired by the acquisition device.</p> |
