<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, firstly, a manufacturing method for a multifunctional soft interior finishing material that applies properties of minerals, offering not only effective air permeability, but also discharged far-infrared radiation and negative ions that promote metabolism, while absorbing and mitigating external impacts; and secondly, to provide a multifunctional soft interior finishing material that applies properties of minerals manufactured by the manufacturing method for a multifunctional soft interior finishing material that applies properties of minerals.SOLUTION: For the first objective, a blended composition is provided that contains 100 parts by weight of foamable synthetic resin, 50 or 100 parts by weight of sericite powder, 70 or 85 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 2 or 7 parts by weight of a foaming agent, 0.01 or 1 part by weight of a thickening agent, 2 or 4 parts by weight of a stabilizing agent, and 3 or 7 parts by weight of a pigment. For the second objective, a manufacturing method is provided that includes a step for mixing the foamable synthetic resin with the sericite composition and deriving a mixture, a step for applying the mixture on a woven material, and a step for heating and foaming the mixture applied on the woven material.</p> |
