SCREEN-PRINTING METAL MASK, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen-printing metal mask capable of accurately forming a printed layer of a desired printing pattern with an appropriate amount of printing paste by optimizing the shape of an adjustment opening to a pattern opening.SOLUTION: There are included a mask plate 5 including a group of pattern openings 1, and a squeegee plate 6 including a group of pattern openings 3 corresponding to the pattern openings 1. Each of the plates 5 and 6 forms the opening shape of the adjustment opening 3 of a screen-printing metal mask made of a metal material in a shape same as the opening shape of the pattern opening 1 or in a shape slightly larger than the opening shape of the pattern opening 1. Consequently, the squeegee plate 6 is prevented from extending to the upper side of the opening peripheral edge part of the pattern opening 1.
