摘要 The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a functional-material layering method with which uniformity of electrical characteristics can be achieved when using a printing method to form a layered structure such as an organic TFT or an OLED light-emission element, even if layer printing is performed using a functional ink having a particularly high solvent ratio; and a functional-material layered body formed using said method. In this functional-material layering method, printing is used to form a layer of a second functional-material ink including a second solvent and a second functional material, on a first functional-material layer (2) formed by applying or printing, to or on a base material (1), a first functional-material ink including a first solvent and a first functional material. The functional-material layering method is provided with a step in which the first functional-material layer (2) is controlled before the layer of the second functional-material ink is formed. In this step, when the second solvent (3) of the second functional-material ink is dipped onto the first functional-material layer (2), the first functional-material layer (2) is controlled such that the contact angle of the second solvent on the first functional-material layer (2) does not substantially change over time.
