The present invention provides a method for preparing hydrated potassium carbonate for an animal feed, comprising a step of obtaining hydrated potassium carbonate containing potassium bicarbonate by reacting, with carbon dioxide, a reaction solution selected from the group consisting of anhydrous potassium carbonate and potassium carbonate aqueous solution, water and steam. The hydrated potassium carbonate prepared by the method for preparing hydrated potassium carbonate for an animal feed, of the present invention, contains potassium bicarbonate therein, thereby being capable of minimizing a temperature rise during feed preparation, and contains potassium bicarbonate capable of acting as an ion buffer, thereby lowering pH and thus being capable of preventing the discoloration and deterioration of the feed. |
