Disclosed is a sealing device, as a complementary surgical instrument of a minimally invasive endoscope, used with a minimally invasive disposable penetrator, which is suitable for laparoscopic examinations and establishing an abdominal surgery working channel during surgery. The sealing device comprises a locking-fixing cover (9), a split type elastic sealing ring component, a positioning-compressing ring (15) and a positioning-guiding cover (16), wherein the split type elastic sealing ring component comprises an elastic sealing ring outer ring (12-2), an elastic sealing ring inner ring (12-1), a first elastic fabric layer (11), a second elastic fabric layer (13), an upper fixing ring (14) and a lower fixing ring (10); an elastic ring with elastic wrinkles (12-2-1) is provided at the outer periphery of the elastic sealing ring outer ring (12-2), the elastic sealing ring outer ring (12-2) is provided with a compressing-positioning groove and a mounting, and a positioning hole (12-4) mounted on the lower positioning ring (10) is provided at the inner periphery of the elastic sealing ring outer ring (12-2); and the split type elastic sealing ring component is mounted on a mounting platform (9-1) at the upper end of the locking-fixing cover (9), the positioning-guiding cover (16) is mounted at the upper part of the positioning-compressing ring (15), and a positioning projection (16-3) of the positioning-guiding cover (16) is mounted and compressed in a positioning groove (9-2) of a positioning-guiding cover on the locking-fixing cover (9) and is fixed by welding.
