Disclosed are a hand disinfection monitoring system and a monitoring method thereof, having a user know whether or not the user disinfects his hands from the outside and notifying this if a hand disinfection is necessary. The hand disinfection monitoring system includes: a hand state detection unit which is formed for the user to carry and checks whether or not the user disinfects his hands; a hand state display unit which displays whether or not the hands are disinfected; a recognition badge including a notice unit which generates notice for the user to perform the hand disinfection; and a charging station which charges and keeps the recognition badge. |
