A cylindrical insert (30) intended to be arranged in a enclosure (20) for the heart, (81) comprises a fixture (80) for immobilizing the tube (81) in a central position of the insert. The fixture (80) comprises an arm (93) extending from the periphery of the fixture to the center of the fixture; and a jaw device (92, 94) for gripping the tube (81) and maintaining the tube and the organ hanging in the tube in a predetermined height position.
