PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas analyzer capable of accurately measuring a concentration of predetermined components in a sample gas by a chemiluminescence method.SOLUTION: A gas analyzer 100 has a gas analyzing unit 1, a light-emission inducing component generating unit 2, and a measurement signal calculating unit 31. The gas analyzing unit 1 can introduce a sample gas and/or reference gas including a predetermined component, and a light-emission inducing gas. The gas analyzing unit 1 outputs a detection signal based on an intensity of reaction light generated by an interaction of the predetermined component and the light-emission inducing component. The light-emission inducing component generating unit 2 generates the light-emission inducing gas by electric discharges repeatedly generated at an electric discharge generation interval. The measurement signal calculating unit 31 calculates a first measurement signal on the basis of a first detection signal based on the reaction light generated when the sample gas and the light-emission inducing gas are introduced, and a second detection signal based on the reaction light generated when the reference gas and the light-emission inducing gas are introduced. |
