<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that creates a single-polarization SAR color image capable of clearly grasping a state of a ground surface from a captured single-polarization SAR image.SOLUTION: After performing ortho-correction processing to a single-polarization SAR image captured by a synthetic aperture radar to create an original image, a single-polarization SAR color image creation device is configured to: let a luminance value of each pixel of a tone conversion image with a value each having a luminance value of each cell of the original image logarithmically converted as a luminance value be a G component of a color image; calculate a reference deviation of the luminance value within a rectangular window of a size preliminarily set by applying a reference deviation local color filter to the tone conversion image; and create a single-polarization SAR color image adapted to a luminance value of each pixel of first and second texture images with a value having the luminance value of each pixel of the tone conversion image converted to the luminance value corresponding to a magnitude of the reference deviation as a luminance value be an R component of the color image and a B component thereof.</p> |
