<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost of a magnetic holding yoke by eliminating an additional process following a press process such as a surface pressing process or a polishing/grinding process instead of the surface pressing process, in manufacturing the magnetic holding yoke.SOLUTION: A magnetic yoke is subjected to press molding with a progress-pressing system, and after a material cutting line with a connection part is formed on a material steel plate at an initial stage, inwardly to the material cutting line, the magnetic yoke is subjected to press molding by drawing. At a final stage, cut-off and edge extension are performed simultaneously, and thereby a product is separated from a material rigid plate.</p> |
