A matrix-type pulse multiple-launch fire extinguisher, comprising multiple pulse gun barrels which are arranged side by side and comprise a barrel (1), a launching cartridge case (2) and a rear cover (3). The barrel (1) is used for accommodating a fire extinguishing medium container (4) temporarily or for a long time. The launching cartridge case (2) is arranged at the tail of the barrel (1), and is internally provided with a cartridge bag accommodating cavity (21) and a launching cavity (22). The launching cavity (22) is communicated with the barrel (1), and the diameter of the launching cavity (22) is greater than that of the cartridge bag accommodating cavity (21). The rear cover (3) is arranged on the launching cartridge case (2). The fire extinguishing medium container (4) comprises a shell (41), sealing gaskets (42) located at two ends of the shell (41) and a fire extinguishing medium (43) filled in the fire extinguishing medium container (4). According to the matrix-type pulse multiple-launch fire extinguisher provided in the present invention, a multi-trajectory high-speed fire extinguishing medium flow formed by combusting and blasting propellant powder and a rotational flow formed by air resistance are used for rapidly extinguishing the fire; the matrix-type pulse multiple-launch fire extinguisher has a greater firing range, a larger covering area and a higher flow speed.
