The present invention relates to a laser processing the machine (1000) capable of simultaneously processing the top and the bottom of a workpiece. The laser processing machine of the present invention comprises: a fixing pin (100) placed in the air for letting both ends in the horizontal direction of the workpiece (10) be close; a laser irradiating unit (200) placed on the top of the fixing pin (100) for irradiating a laser beam toward the top of the workpiece (10); a first optical barrel (300) placed in between the laser irradiating unit (200) and the fixing pin (100) for guiding the laser beam irradiated by the laser irradiating unit (200) to the top of the workpiece (10); a reflector (400) inserted in between the first optical barrel (300) and the laser irradiating unit (200) for reflecting the laser irradiated by the laser irradiating unit (200) in the horizontal direction after the laser is guided to the top of the workpiece (10); a guiding barrel (500) for guiding the laser conveyed from the reflector (400) toward the bottom of the workpiece (10); and a second optical barrel (600) for guiding the laser conveyed from the guiding barrel (500) to the bottom of the workpiece (10).
