<p>The present invention relates to an exercise tool mounted on a chair. More specifically, the exercise tool mounted on a chair can be conveniently and easily attached to and detached from various shapes of chairs having backs, and a user can easily perform arm and leg muscular exercise. In the present invention, an exercise tool enabling arm and length exercise is fixed to a general chair having a back. The exercise tool of the present invention comprises: first and second coupling members respectively coupled with a seating plate and a back plate of a chair; a guide roll attached to the first coupling member and fixed to a lower part of the seating plate; a support frame attached to the second coupling member and fixed to the back plate; a length exercise member having a first support string connected to a first coil spring installed on a lower part of the support frame, wherein the first support string passes through the guide roll and connected with an arm exercise handle; and a leg exercise member having a second support string connected to a second coil spring installed on a lower part of the support frame, wherein the second support string is connected with a foot fixing unit.</p> |
