PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage body of a structure that hardly breaks against deformation such as flexure.SOLUTION: An electrode plate is covered by a folded sheet composed of an insulator. It is preferable that the sheet is processed to be in a bag-shape or an envelope-shape by bonding a portion overlapped at a periphery of the electrode plate. The electrode plate, together with the sheet, is fixed to the exterior body. When the exterior body is deformed by bending and such, since the electrode plate as well as the sheet may slide inside the exterior body, it is possible to relax stress to the electrode plate caused by bending.
