PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a sauce like green curry from a brown curry sauce.SOLUTION: To solve the problem, a powder additive for a curry sauce comprising an edible white powder containing calcium or titanium, and a blue pigment is provided. Alternatively, a method for producing a curry sauce comprising adding, to a curry sauce including turmeric, an edible white powder containing calcium or titanium in a ratio of 0.015-12.0 pts.wt. in terms of weight of titanium or calcium and a blue pigment in a ratio of 0.002 to 0.50 pts.wt., based on 1 pt.wt. of turmeric contained in the curry sauce including turmeric is provided. |
