The present invention provides a sludge discharging device for a settlement basin, comprising: a settlement basin divided into a settlement transfer part and a settlement discharge part by means of a division inclination part protrudingly formed upward on the inner bottom thereof, and provided with a discharge port at one side of the settlement discharge part; a first pressurized water spraying part of which one end is arranged adjacently to a bar of the settlement transfer part, and which sprays pressurized water at the sludge settled on the settlement transfer part such that the sludge is transferred from the settlement transfer part to the settlement discharge part; a second pressurized water spraying part of which one end is arranged adjacently to the bottom of the settlement discharge part, and which sprays pressurized water at the sludge settled on the settlement discharge part such that the sludge is transferred and discharged to the discharge port; a water film generating part of which one end is arranged above the division inclination part, and which sprays pressurized water at the upper part of the division inclination part while a water film is formed between the settlement transfer part and the settlement discharge part when the sludge of the settlement discharge part is transferred and discharged by the second pressurized water spraying part, thereby preventing the inflow of the sludge transferred from the settlement discharge part in the direction of the settlement transfer part. |
