<p>A method of arranging a rail base-movable photovoltaic power generation system (3) and an automatic farming apparatus (4) in farmland, comprising: arranging a farm rail (2) and a side station power line in the farmland (1), and operating the rail base-movable photovoltaic power generation system (3) and the automatic farming apparatus (4) on the farm rail (2). Beneficial effects of the apparatus and the method comprise: solving a photovoltaic power generation installation site problem that is encountered first in solar energy utilization, making power production increase 30% year on year and a return on investment greatly increase because the rail base-movable photovoltaic power generation system (3) suits two-dimensional tracking; making it possible to implement that photovoltaic power production in our country reaches 4 trillion kilowatt-hour/year by 2020, which is equivalent to 40% of total social energy consumption at that time and completely changing an energy structure of our country; making a significant contribution to energy safety of our country with a distributed energy site; and enabling PM2.5 within our borders to reduce more than 90% compared with that at an end of 2013 by fully implementing the apparatus and the method.</p> |
