[Problem] To provide a transparent conductive sheet which suppresses visibility of an electrode pattern and milky whitening of a display screen. [Solution] A transparent conductive sheet (10) which is provided with: a transparent insulating base (2); and a transparent conductive film (3) that is formed on the transparent insulating base (2) such that a metal nanowire (5) is contained in a binder (4). The transparent conductive film (3) has a conductive part (6) that can be electrically connected via the metal nanowire (5) and an insulating part (7) that cannot be electrically connected due to disconnection or partial elimination of the metal nanowire (5). This transparent conductive sheet (10) is additionally provided with an alignment film (8) that is formed of a lyotropic liquid crystal material on the transparent conductive film (3).
