<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheet formed by dispersing a carbon nano-tube (CNT) in binder resin, and having a smooth surface, and an image forming device having the conductive sheet as a transfer belt.SOLUTION: When CNT as a conductive filler is blended in a varnish for binder resin (S104), before and after blending the CNT, defoaming of the varnish is performed respectively (S102, S105). By the defoaming, air bubbles are sufficiently removed from the varnish, and a conductive sheet having no salient defect due to the air bubbles, is acquired.</p> |
