<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting a canine parvovirus (CPV) by using a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) biosensor. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus comprising a protein chip capable of precisely measuring a CPV amount adsorbed onto a surface by using variation of vibration frequency generated by physical or chemical adsorption of the QCM and capable of improving a CPV differentiation, and also relates to a detection method using the same.</p> |
