The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode and a method of manufacturing the same, and an organic light emitting display device using the same. The specific technical purpose is to provide an organic light emitting diode including an electron transporting layer of a multilayer structure and a method of manufacturing the same, and an organic light emitting display device using the same. For this, an organic light emitting diode according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate; a first electrode formed on the substrate; a hole transporting layer formed on the first electrode; a light emitting material layer formed on the hole transporting layer; an electron transporting layer formed on the light emitting material layer; and a second electrode formed the electron transporting layer. The electron transporting layer includes at least one unit. The unit includes a first single layer including a first material; a first mixture layer formed on the first single layer, which includes the first material and a second material; and a second single layer formed on the first mixture layer, which includes the first material.
