The present invention relates to a method for providing skin diagnosis and skin care information and a system thereof. The method for providing skin diagnosis and skin care information according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps: generating casual relationship data for skin; receiving skin problem data from a customer; estimating the skin problem cause from the generated causal relationship data; and predicting future skin problems from the estimated cause of the skin problem. Through the present invention, when the customer visits a cosmetic store, the method can measure the skin state of the customer and input information about the skin problem. Thus, the method can provide individually customized solutions to solve the causes of skin problems, and predict future skin problems for the customer.
