<p>Disclosed is a method to manufacture a housing for a planetary gear decelerator capable of reducing processing costs by implementing high precision as a housing is divided into a plurality of frames, and manufactured through a precision casting method. The present invention provides the method to manufacture a housing for a planetary gear decelerator comprising: a first step of manufacturing an embossed pattern of a main frame and a front cover; a second step of manufacturing a metal mold through the embossed pattern; a third step of configuring a shell mold by assembling a pattern on a central rod by forming the pattern by injecting a thermoplastic material into the metal mold; a fourth step of forming a surface layer by refractory slurry in the shell mold; a fifth step of removing the thermoplastic material inside the shell mold; a sixth step of heating the shell mold; a seventh step of injecting molten metal into the shell mold, and coagulating the molten metal; an eighth step of removing the shell mold and separating a metal casting of the main frame from the front cover; and a ninth step of combining the metal casting of the main frame with the front cover. The present invention has an effect of improving formability, assembly, and precision of a decelerator.</p> |
