<p>The present invention relates to a flame-retardant resin composition and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a TOE flame-retardant resin composition and a manufacturing method thereof which is capable of securing flame resistance by being used as a flame-retardant material for polyolefin (PO), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), thermoplastic rubber (TPR), thermoplastic olefin(TPO), thermoplastic polyeth erester elastomer (TPEE), etc. The flame-retardant resin composition comprises a polyolefin resin, thermoplastic olefin elastomer (TOE), magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)_2), a thermal stabilizer, an antioxidant, a coupling agent, a lubricating agent, and a crosslinking agent. The composition is eco-friendly, and has excellent flame retardant properties using magnesium hydroxide instead of environmentally hazardous substances, and capable of improving mechanical properties such as durability, wear resistance, etc., and improving tensile strength and mechanical strength at the same time using polypropylene and high density polyethylene.</p> |
