PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fat estimation method, a device, and a system capable of measuring part of a contour of an abdominal part by a simple method.SOLUTION: A body fat estimation method includes: a step S103 for acquiring direction information of an own machine and movement information of the own machine; steps S115 and S203 for calculating part of a contour of an abdominal part based on the direction information and the movement information by a control part; and a step S218 for estimating at least one of a visceral fat area and a subcutaneous fat area in a cross section of the abdominal part based on the calculated part of the contour of the abdominal part. |
