<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an elastomer body coated with a coating layer, enabling the surface of an elastomer body 1 to be coated firmly with an elastomer coating layer 2 of different composition and enabling the thickness of the coating layer 2 to be made uniform.SOLUTION: Coating material 2' including elastomer is dissolved in a solvent to be formed in liquid-like or paste-like, and is applied on a film-like body 3. In metal molds 4, 5, uncrosslinked elastomer 1' which is to be molded into an elastomer 1 and the coating material 2' applied to the film-like body 3 are heated and pressed while they are contacted with each other, so that the elastomer of the elastomer body 1 side and the elastomer included in the coating material are crosslinked with each other. Thereby, the elastomer body 1 is molded, the coating material 2' forms a coating layer 2, and, at the boundary face between the elastomer body 1 and the coating layer 2, the elastomer of the elastomer body 1 side and the elastomer of the coating layer 2 side are co-crosslinked with each other.</p> |
