PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet which can satisfy both improvement in mechanical adhesive strength and improvement in electric conductivity or thermal conductivity in adhesion between a flexible printed wiring board and a metal plate.SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet 1 comprises: a release film 2; and a conductive adhesion layer 3 laminated at least on a partial region of the surface of the release film 2, in which the conductive adhesion layer 3 adheres a printed wiring board and a metal plate which face the layer, and electric conductivity or thermal conductivity is developed at least in a thickness direction between a conductive region of the printed wiring board, where a conductive pattern is exposed on a facing surface, and the metal plate. The conductive adhesion layer 3 has: one or plural types of bumps 5 having electric conductivity or thermal conductivity at least in the thickness direction; and an adhesive layer 6 filled around the one or plural types of bumps 5, and the one or plural types of bumps 5 exist only in an adhesion scheduled region in the conductive region of the printed wiring board.
