<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve calculation accuracy of a taxation standard amount.SOLUTION: An information change device comprises: a storage part for storing taxation information used for calculation of a taxation standard amount in association with a lot number of a land; a reception part for receiving change information indicating occurrence of change of land registration; a taxation information management part for changing the taxation information corresponding the lot number of the land where the change occurs, and corresponding to at least one of plural pieces of registration change information which are included in the change information, based on a content of the registration change information; and a calculation part for calculating a taxation standard amount, based on the taxation information which is changed by the taxation information management part.</p> |
