The present invention relates to a network management control information transmission method and microwave device. The method comprises: a first device receives network management control information (S100), the network management control information being microwave parameter configuration information of a second device; the first device generates a control signal according to the network management control information, and generates a radio frequency signal to be transmitted after conducting baseband processing and radio frequency processing on preconfigured information (S101); the first device modulates the radio frequency signal by using a power control signal to obtain a parameter configuration signal, and transmits the parameter configuration signal to the second device (S102). The technical solution of an embodiment of the present invention can improve the efficiency of configuring microwave device parameters.
