The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical combination drug comprising an angiotensin II receptor blocker and a HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and, more specifically, to a granulation process comprising an angiotensin II receptor blocker or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a basifying agent, and a pharmaceutically acceptable additive; and a pharmaceutical combination drug manufactured after mixing with a HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor.
