The present invention relates to a display apparatus, which senses the location and angle of objects, and a display command inputting apparatus wherein the display apparatus includes a display panel; a supporting part which supports the display panel from the bottom floor in a certain height; and a location sensing sensor which is installed in the supporting part in a front direction of the display panel to sense the location of the object wherein the location sensing sensor includes a light emitting device which radiates a sensing light to the objects; and a light collecting part which collects the reflected light from the object.
