PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication device that can capture an image with an influence of a light source less affected.SOLUTION: An authentication device includes a prism body, an imaging unit and a visible light source that irradiates a living body with visible light, in which the prism body is configured to have a substantially trapezoidal and be formed into an end-spread shape at least in one side surface toward a direction of an imaging surface parallel to a living body authentication surface, on which an authentication part of the living body is placed, from the living body authentication surface, and the visible light source is configured to be disposed below the imaging surface and in the vicinity of a side of the end-spread side of the imaging surface, and the imaging unit is configured to be disposed below the imaging surface. |
